Crosstown Doughnuts
Last week, Crosstown Doughnuts opened their newest doors on Broadwick Street in Soho, and have pretty much sold out every day ever since.
If you’re not already familiar with them, Crosstown Doughnuts are a London gourmet artisan doughnut brand, who hand-make their hybrid sourdough & fresh bakers yeast doughnuts every night, so they’re ready and waiting for you, gleaming in their glazes, just in time for your breakfast. And your late morning doughnut run. And afternoon tea. And dinner. (Don’t judge me.)
Crosstown Doughnuts are stocked all over the place, (including Selfridges) and already have doughnut bars in Leather Lane Market, Broadway Market and Piccadilly Circus. My pal Danya and I visited their newest store on Broadwick Street last week… and it’s a wonder we ever left.
It was a very cold and rainy day, so we extremely grateful for the wonderful Assembly Coffee and ridiculously delicious doughnuts, which we immediately devoured. We felt warm and cosy and cocooned in the small glowing cafe – a sweet haven in the heart of urban Soho.
We tasted a few between us, but my two favourites were Creme Brûlée, with its heavenly custard filling… and the Peanut Butter and Berry Doughnut. Holy. Moly.
So I am officially hooked. And I am saying right here, right now and very, very confidently, that you will be too.
All it takes is one…

Wow this place looks amazing! I don’t think I’d be able to decide which flavour to go for… it would probably end up being the classic jam doughnut haha. Why are there so many brilliant looking places that are no where near me?!?
