I’m so pleased you found me here. Congratulations on seeking support and a cheerleader for you!

I’ve always known that finding the right balance in life would be essential to my happiness. It doesn’t take much to disturb that equilibrium and send us all off into chaos and overwhelm, so finding someone to help us stay on track, offer support, ideas and strategies for our lives, our business and work-life balance can be life-changing. And that’s exactly where I come in.

I have worked across a number of industries, including fashion, food, music and publishing. I have run Instagram Training for huge corporates and individuals, built marketing strategies for restaurants, shops and yoga studios, created social media plans for charities, cheesecake (true story) and children’s books… I now run a successful blog alongside my coaching and lead a life that I love, that’s balanced, that took hard work and some steep learning curves… and it is one I cherish and am extremely proud of.
