I take enormous pleasure in the small objects and details around my home. Something as simple as a beautiful mug or gorgeous blanket can bring me actual joy and lift my spirits. The coffee scoop I use enriches the whole ritual of making my morning latte and light me a scented candle and I’m anybody’s.
Here is a small edit of some of the things I love the most in my home, mixed with a few items I’m lusting after.
I hope they bring a moment of happy, calm or unexpected delirium to your day, home and ultimately, life. And no, I don’t exaggerate – I’m convinced that the mug I choose to drink my tea from in the morning can actually inspire my endorphins to ping.
Wishing you all a wonderful Wednesday!
Exhibit A – this mug is my favourite. Perfect size, perfect shape and what a colour 🙂Rosemary Sage candle – this one is on my wishlist – it sounds delicious.I have this cake stand and aside from using it regularly for my shoots, I often use it to sit down with Izzy for tea (milk) and cake in the afternoon. It’s simple and beautiful. See the full edit here…I spent ages looking for the perfect clock for our new bathroom. This one is definitely one of the pricier ones, but it is very special. A gorgeous grey and made of concrete – I was very happy to support the Etsy seller and it looks perfect in its new home! You’ll be amazed how a coffee scoop can brighten your day. I was amazed! AND it keeps the coffee bag nice and tightly closed too 🙂5 pillar candles – I never need just 1. I never need 2. I need a minimum of 5 and at this price, it’s a no brainer! It’s rare to find a wool blend blanket at such an affordable price. I’ve had my eye on this one for a little while – perfect for taking into the garden for my first (in 2021) al fresco coffee in the garden…Paradise etched palm handheld mirror
