Christmas shopping can appear to begin whenever you like. You can buy something in May with someone in mind and tuck it away for Christmas, or join the throng of Christmas Shoppers in October once all the tinsel and decorations have been flung all over London…
But there’s something about Easter, which means we FORGET to be organised. There’s always a last minute rush down to the corner shop to grab a random (and usually sub-standard) Easter Egg en route to Sunday Lunch… For some reason, we don’t think about chocolate eggs until the day is upon us and WE REALISE THAT WE FORGOT TO GET THE EGGS.
So allow me to persuade you to approach Easter differently this year, and inspire you to get all smug and prepared with some of these gorgeous and decadent Easter Treats from a couple of my favourite London haunts…
1. Daylesford Organic Collectable Egg, filled with mini salted caramel eggs
This egg is perfect for Easter Egg hunts! You can bury them as they’re made of paper mache, and are collectable too as they change them every year…. and have you SEEN *that* caramel…?
2. Marc Patisserie Dark Chocolate Egg with gold, filled with small eggs – filled with rum & raisin, sea salt & caramel, and coffee – sold exclusively at Selfridges
3. Daylesford Organic Easter Bunny Triplet Shortbread Biscuits

A triplet of vanilla, chocolate and ginger shortbread biscuits with iced tails and bows around their necks.
3. Marc Patisserie Fried Egg Easter Egg – sold exclusively at Selfridges
5. Daylesford Organic Lavender Marshmallows
I want to pop on my Easter Bonnet (with all the frills upon it…) and find a parade!
Have a very happy Easter everyone!
