Habitat and Birchbox: It's a love-in

You know I love Birchbox (beauty subscription box pucker-up gurus) And you KNOW I love Habitat (British, exceptional and affordable design for the home).. so when I received the invitation to dine with them both, to celebrate their collaboration, I was VERY excited. Even more excited than when I receive my Birchboxes through the post… or when I’m standing in front of Habitat’s walls of glorious kitchenware…ahhhhh… serving patters…. *Dribbles*

‘Do Try This At Home’ is the theme of the collaboration this month, with both brands bringing the very best of home and beauty advice together… a kind of celebration of makeovers – in the home and your beauty regime. March is the month for a shake up! It’s time for renewal, renovation and refreshment.. (and Rolos and roller-skates and Ravioli.)
Habitat have taken on the challenge by launching a new collection of three gorgeous dressing tables and some other beautiful pieces of beauty storage…

The Birchbox team talked us through three new gorgeous beauty looks and taught us a few sneaky makeup tricks while they were at it! There is always a great deal of useful information, and lots of ideas and tips inside every Birchbox – they really know their stuff.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Birchbox, they really are in a league of their own when it comes to style, design, curation and creativity. Their boxes are always beautiful – I have kept most of mine… and most importantly, the products are always excellent quality and exciting – I usually buy at least one of the products from their website after having had the opportunity to try it out first earlier in the month.

(If you’d like to sign up to Birchbox, just enter BBXHABITAT at the shopping bag page to get your first box for a weeny £5!)
Oh and by the way, the makeup and furniture were not the only things that were gorgeous – dinner was absolutely delicious…

Habitat have also launched some storage boxes to complement their new collection of dressing tables…

I love that these two brands are working together – colour, design and a love for beauty sit at the core of them both… and the fact that they both decided to put chocolate cake on the menu?
It’s a match made in heaven.
