Now hear this! Denon Wireless Fitness Bluetooth In-Ear Headphones

I always have such good intentions when it comes to running. I really mean to do it. I mean, I really, really mean to do it. I get my trainers out, my sports bra, (really need a new one actually – all recommendations appreciated) and then faff about with my iPhone, tangled wires, clunky uncomfortable headphones and sometimes get distracted by biscuits… but if I leave the house within the hour it’s a miracle. (If I leave the house at all to go running I think it’s fair to say it’s a miracle.)
I can’t run without listening to music – it’s an incredibly important part of my workout experience and I’m not the only one – did you know that listening to music while you run or work out can actually enhance your performance by at least 20%? It makes sense to me – I run further, for longer and I feel cheered on by the tunes. Especially Eye of The Tiger. (I AM Rocky.)
These amazing wireless headphones from Denon have changed everything. They are WIRELESS. NO WIRES. NO TANGLED UP ANNOYING WIRES.
This means, (for the less technical of us) that I can connect my Denon headphones (which I got at Argos) to my iPhone with no wires and listen to my music collection while I run, with no wires down my bra, getting in my eye, or pulling the headphones out of my ears with every step I take.
And that’s not all…

The headphones sit comfortably over your ears and they do. not. move. Before I went running I tested them by wiggling my head about, running up and down the stairs and I also did a roly poly. (I actually did. I crashed into the wall but that is not important now.) They sit snuggly and securely and you forget they’re there pretty much immediately.

The ear pieces are sweat proof (good) and have built-in air cushion for ‘extreme comfort and ventilation’. (They are very, very comfortable.) They have a reflective neckband (for when you’re running at night and not watching Long Lost Family), they are water resistant and come with a mesh carrying case with a sturdy karabiner… (I do love a karabina.)
They also have an integrated volume control and microphone, which you can control easily… handy, eh?

These headphones are light and dinky, but very, very stylish. The design is super slick and everything about them is impressive.
I really thought they wouldn’t stay put on my ears, but they did. I also thought my music might sound a bit rubbish and tinny, but it didn’t – and Eye of The Tiger has never sounded better…
(Apart from the time I played it in my band when I was 15. We totally rocked it.)

p.s. What music do you all listen to? I need to update my playlist. Clearly.
These headphones can be found here.
Argos sent me the headphones to review for this article
