Valentine’s Day is about to poke its rose-scented face around the corner… complete with chocolates and bows and bows on the chocolates and big fluffy teddies… with bows on… and all kinds of ickness.
So if you are looking for a little escape, a luxurious corner of London to hole up in with your beaux, away from the hoo ha and sparkles, then may I please suggest the ultimate in elegance and class – the utterly gorgeous Conrad London St James Hotel.
Conrad London S. James sits on the doorstep of Westminster, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace… and right by beautiful St James’ Park… a perfect place for a picnic date, a romantic stroll or a Valentine’s snog ;)
And it’s all within strolling distance of your beautiful (and unbelievably spacious) room at Conrad London St James, complete with coffee machine, mini bar, stunning bathroom, huge built-in television and a delicious marshmallow bed…

This is just the hallway in the room – it really is incredibly spacious – definitely the largest room I’ve ever stayed in, in any London hotel.
And when it’s time to take a bath, you will NOT want to leave the bathroom. It was again, super duper spacious and had a beautiful sereneness to it…
And the breakfast is worth the stay alone…
And don’t forget to book yourselves into Emmeline’s Lounge for a romantic afternoon tea ;)
Conrad London St James is a beautiful hotel in one of London’s most beautiful locations. It’s bright and I know I keep going on about it, but it is SPACIOUS. There is a sense of height and space where you are – from the main reception to the individual bathrooms…
And that is something very hard to find in London…
Don’t forget to pack your toothbrush, the champagne and a Valentine’s card for your best pal in the world.
Happy Valentine’s to you all… there’s buckets of love coming atcha from me.
Muah.

Looks like you had a great stay! I stayed there when it was still the InterContinental and had a nice room but it was pretty small. Sounds like they’ve worked on the spaciousness since it’s become a Conrad.
The breakfast looks fab and I love that card, so cute!
