Lumiere London
This very first Lumiere London is the biggest EVER light festival to hit London.
Artists from around the world have descended on London and have lit up the city in this new exciting free festival, where landmark locations in the West End and King’s Cross will be illuminated.
This citywide takeover of all things light, sparkling, twinkling and shiny kicked off last night and will run for four days from 6:30pm – 10:30pm until 17th January.

Stunning light installations will transform some of our much-loved landmarks, buildings and spaces… think neon stick men on Big Ben, a projection of stampeding elephants, illuminated phone boxes turned fish tanks, sky-high plant sculptures, neon dogs and giant birdcages glowing in the dark…

The full programme is here.
All you need to find each installation is this free map – just download it and follow where the light takes you…
I can’t wait to get involved.
