Wrap it up (and win a beautiful scarf)
I find that a scarf is often the go-to present for a lady in your life – an aunt, mother-in-law, grandma… but finding a gorgeous one that’s beautifully made, exquisitely packaged and doesn’t break the bank has, in my experience, been a bit tricky.
Enter CleverlyWrapped. Brain child of Harriet Cleverly, her brand spanking new business (launched this month) was born out of the belief that a beautiful scarf in chic packaging can make the perfect present for everyone; women, men and children.
And I think she’s right. The beautiful box plopped onto my doormat and I was immediately excited about what was hidden inside… It felt like Christmas as I untied the ribbon… and then unwrapped the wreaths of dark tissue paper to reveal this gorgeous scarf. And I love it.
There is an eclectic selection of scarves, snoods and wraps for Autumn/Winter on the website, and for those escaping to the winter sun (lucky sausages) there is a bright and colourful beach collection of swooshy sarongs and whooshy (no?) wraps.
This scarf is the Boho Frill in Pearl Grey and is 100% linen… and at £40, you really do feel as though you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck.
The product is gorgeous, the presentation and packaging is gorgeous (brownie points there – it’s so often disappointing) and all scarves are delivered by courier within twenty four hours of purchase.. so, high fives all round.
