Anthropologie Arrives in Richmond

Well this had made me very happy indeed.
Anthropologie is one of my most favourite stores ever in the WORLD. Usually those kinds of sentences aren’t really true and have an element of exaggeration to make a point. But it is true. I love it. I want to live there. And own everything in it. And marry it. And go on romantic holidays to remote Greek islands with it.

So, I literally could not be happier that Anthropologie is opening its sixth (SIXTH!) UK store  in London’s beautiful borough of Richmond upon Thames, in a gorgeous listed building complete with reclaimed wood finishes, artisanal plastering and stacks of stunning clothing, accessories, homeware and gifts, which actually make my heart hurt to look at as I want them so much. (Perhaps I do have a problem…)
Nestled within a backdrop of history-steeped architecture, royal parks and botanical gardens, Anthropologie Richmond will open at 70-72 George Street on Friday, 26th September 2014, and I shall be there, wearing my I LOVE ANTHROPOLOGIE sandwich board and ringing my bell.
