The website offers a self-upload option, as well as a VIP service, whereby the entire process is taken care of by the HEWI fairies, so the celebbies can sip champagne and not lift a finger. It’s no wonder they love it so much.. and thank heavens they do, as unique pieces by designers such as Celine, Valentino, Balenciaga, Hermes and Chanel often pop up on the website looking shiny and sparkly and beautiful and ahhhhhh…*sigh*
This very clever site was dreamt up by the super sonic Sharon Wolter-Ferguson. It began as a way for her to recycle her glamorous wardrobe amongst her friends via private auction. Many of the pieces had only ever been worn once and so were selling in tip top condition at a fraction of the original price. This proved so successful that it grew and grew and grew and GREW into a successful family run business, which has sold well over ten thousand items to date. Cor. All of these items were sold with no listing fees, through auctions, buy now or offers.

Included in this colossal number is my new, beautiful Paul and Joe coat. Previously owned and worn by Marvellous Miss Miller, it’s original price was £380. I managed to snag this stunner for £75! Hurruh!
Previous bargains have included a Chloe handbag and purse for £200, classic Louis Vitton Handbags from £335 and Ellie Saab – down to £2000 from £10,000… You get the picture. There are serious bargains to be had.
Recently described in the press as a ‘verified eBay for designer clothes’, Hardly Ever Worn It has established itself firmly on the luxury fashion map.
The site is used by A-list celebrities, royalty, (ROYALTY!) socialites, fashion stylists, editors and fashionistas, all loving and using the discreet and personal service… so there are glamorous goodies galore.
