Do not show up unless
you plan to take your trousers off

Alert alert! The Stiff Upper Lip Society is participating in the 15th annual No Pants Subway Ride and running the official UK partner event – No Trousers Tube Ride  for the 7th time!
**THIS IS A PARTICIPATORY EVENT. DO NOT SHOW UP
UNLESS YOU PLAN TO TAKE YOUR TROUSERS OFF.**

Hilarious.

All you have to do is read these instructions, show up at 3pm this Sunday January 10th at the Pagoda in Chinatown, then board various Underground trains. At the signal of the group leader you will remove all trousers and trouser-like attire – bar your actual underpants.

Last year, over 300 Londoners took part and the team are hoping for many more this year – WILL YOU HELP THEM? This event will also take place in other cities around the world on the same day.

Full details can be found here.

Oh, and word on the street is, there will be rocking afterparty after the event…

Make no mistake – this is an international affair with thousands from over 30 cities in over 20 countries participating!

So what are you waiting for? Grab your fancy pants and head to that Pagoda!

  1. Haha, oh my goodness I hope I’m not caught unawares on the tube when this happens! It would make the tube ride far more exciting however! I commute up to London for my Nursing Degree from a farm. I realised on my commute that I’m really lucky to live where I do and I decided to start my own little blog dedicated to exploring the seasonal goings on of the farm with a few lifestyle bits thrown in. I’d love it if you took a peek :)
